The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will oversee:

*The securing of much of the sales pipeline for new business opportunities
*The retaining and nurturing of an existing portfolio of clients with the aim of maximising the potential revenue stream
*The whole sales process from monitoring the market trends to attracting new clients, surveying works, producing timely estimates/bids and thereafter liaising with clients throughout projects to ensure performance delivery
*Maintain extremely high levels of customer satisfaction

The Candidate
The perfect Business Development Manager will:

*Have previous experience within the ergonomic safety surfacing
*Have proven sales record at a senior level of business
*Have strong negotiation and communication skills and experience
*Have sound contractual expertise

The Package
This Business Development Manager role offers a basic salary of £40,000 with a very achievable first year bonus of £20,000 as well as an array of added benefits.
