This College is built around supporting the needs of young adults with both severe autism as well as challenging behaviour. The school is currently looking for several LSA to support the young adults in and outside the college with daily social activties.
They need someone to build strong relationships with the students and colleagues, bring new ideas to the table and to track the progress of the children within the class Facilities and resources are purely built around the needs of these well deserving children who would not otherwise have such an opportunity to strive, learn and grow. The staff and children all work together to put a smile on one another's faces and the school believe 'the key to success is happiness.' The atmosphere is extremely fun as well as extremely hardworking. TA qualifications are not essential but are desirable.
