Company:

Commercial / Domestic Maintenance Company that have been working across a variety of sectors for over 30 years. Supplying a 24/7 reactive and planned preventative maintenance service to Tier 1 Contractors and Local Authorities.

Role:

Lead a highly active team, focused on key performance indicators and accurate effective deployment of resources within the reactive/PPM service delivery. Ensure the efficient, effective and profitable management of all works. To manage and develop processes to enable maximum performance from the operational teams on the ground. Ensuring all operational information within the IT system is accurate enough to allow prompt and efficient invoicing.

This is a crucial role to the business making sure all work streams run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a full support service is provided to both potential and existing clients, as well as members of staff that report directly into you.
  • Ensure all staff that you are responsible for, are held accountable to their key job functions.
  • Chair a weekly meeting
  • Hold members of staff accountable for any action points arising out of the Helpdesk meeting
  • Analyse weekly and provide critical feedback at meetings on the following reports:
    • Job Listings
    • Job Listings with Finance
    • Quotes Listings
    • Helpdesk Report
  • Help ensure all finances are up to date and jobs are being invoiced within 30 days
  • Be the first point of contact for all issues arising out of the Helpdesk
  • Ensure clients are informed of all scheduling
  • Ensure Risk Assessments are being carried out correctly on site
  • Responsible for any training requirements needed to ensure an effective work environment
  • Ensure engineers are providing the relevant information to the Quotes Administrator
  • Ensure materials are being collected locally to the job as first preference. Materials are only to be delivered to the office in an emergency situation
  • Ensure works are being completed to the highest standard and following the Health and Safety guidelines
