Residential Conveyancer (Permanent)
My client, a well-respected Macclesfield based Firm, is currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Firms Residential Property Team.
The position will be to join a large and well-established team of 4 Fee Earners and support staff and will include running a caseload from start to finish. There will be around 80-90 files to manage that will consist of various Residential Property matters and the Firm has a new enquiries team to get the ball rolling on any new instructions moving forward and you will also benefit from a shared Assistant.
The ideal Residential Conveyancer does not require you to be a Solicitor although that is preferred, but to be eligible you will need to have a minimum of 6 years experience of running your own caseload.
The salary for this Residential Conveyancer role is up to £35,000, with on street parking and a profit share bonus scheme in place.
