Transactional Services Team Leader - required as soon as possible!
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transactional Services Team Leader to join a local authority in the heart of Exeter.
Contract - 5 months, it may be extended.
Start date: Immediate.
£11.06 - 11.97 p/h DOE.
Full time, 37h p/w.
Acorn is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Team Leader who has:
- Extensive experience of working in an admin environment at a senior level, preferably in a HR related role.
- The ability to lead a small HR Admin Team to deliver high quality, efficient and effective admin support to HR and the Organisation.
- A natural ability to guide and manage a team in order to get the very best out of every team member whilst maintaining your own workload of complex admin support.
- Ideally, a broad understanding of all aspects of HR Admin and a recognised CIPD qualification, however this is not essential.
- Confidence in liaising with internal and external customers at all levels and be able to work with tact and diplomacy at all times.
