Due to the rapid growth of our business we are looking for positive and confident individuals to join our Key Accounts team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the largest businesses across the group.

The Role

Joining our team as a Key Account Advisor, you’ll be working closely with the field based Key Account Managers to build lasting relationships with our incumbent key customers across our entire portfolio.  Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting clients from a variety of sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing and government
  • Retaining customers by resolving any issues around all aspects of our service
  • Identifying opportunities to drive revenue through value added services and raise the awareness of other products and services on offer. 

Based in Bournemouth, this role will require some travel to meet with customers alongside the KAMs to enhance your development whilst cementing customer relationships.  

Our Ideal Key Account Advisor 

As our ideal candidate, you will need to be able to demonstrate that you can deliver excellent customer service whilst managing your own workload.  You’ll also

  • Possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to confidently present your findings
  • Possess strong IT skills including Microsoft packages such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
