Job Description
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in London. Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team based in South East London.
Daily responsibilities for the successful Surveyor will include:
- Carry out quality inspections on new builds
- Ensure developments meet standards for new builds
- Work towards budgetary controls to ensure control of budgets within quality function
- Working with Consultants and Contractors to achieve the required quality standards
- Co-ordinate programme of defects inspections
- To provide technical input, advice and direction
Requirements for the role:
- Surveying experience in the housing sector (New builds/Redevelopments)
- Track record of delivering great customer service
- Able to travel around the M25 for site visits
- Full understanding of NHBC Standards and buildmark cover
- Experience of working with new builds and quality inspection
- CSCS registered
