If you're looking for one of your first steps into DevOps, you need to come join this company in Shoreditch as a System Engineer.
They are a global telecommunications technology provider looking to hire a System Engineer to maintain, enhance and secure their highly-available and secure, enterprise-critical AWS-based SaaS Mobile capture solution.
As a System Engineer working here, you'll have a varied role that includes development, maintenance and execution of automation scripts.
You'll also be getting involved in automating maintenance and deployments of new services and upgrades working in an Agile (Scrum) CI/CD pipeline.
Ideally they are looking for a System Engineer who has a couple of years experience with Linux administration (preferably CentOS or Red Hat), including extensive Bash scripting, Apache, Tomcat and database administration.
If you've got experience working with AWS services, Docker, Ansible and Jenkins, that would be great too.
This is a great opportunity to become a fully fledged DevOps Engineer and learn all the skills needed to be so, starting off as a System Engineer.
