Extended MASH QSW - Condensed Working - 4 Day Weekends! South West England

My client and I are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join as MASH Social Worker within the Extended MASH Service to start immediately. As such they are willing to consider candidates who are not currently vetted in the South West of England. Uniquely this position also has an Out of Hours and On-Call element which allows you to top up your hours and boost your income.

Unlike any other MASH team, this team is open 24/7, meaning that they have the opportunity for you to work long shifts and cover a weeks worth of work in 3 days. What that will leave you with is a 4 day weekend to rest and enjoy your time with friends, family or doing something recreational with your time.

This position will allow you to be a non car driver as it is office based and offers premium rates up to £35ph. As this role is also office based you won't be expected do be travelling county wide on any visits, although there is an Out of Hours element to this position that means you will be doing initial visits when needed. This is exposure is highly sought after in the Social Care sector and would look great on your CV increasing your employ-ability and transfers a lot of skills onto other positions too.

The role is for a 3 month contract with an authority in the South West of England for MASH Social Worker based in a Initial Response Team under the regional cap rates for pay.
