Business / Systems Analyst (Permanent)

Could this be the ideal role for?

As our ideal Systems Analyst, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience in a similar role gained within a software delivery environment. You will have proven experience of industry standard analysis techniques, with a proactive approach to requirements elicitation. You will also require the following skills and experience:

• Experience of Agile methodologies and ISEB/BCS Business Analysis qualification would be advantageous
• MS SQL Server skills and SSRS experience
• Effective business case analysis and presentation
• Proven facilitation skills with the ability to effectively elicit requirements

Your New Role

Joining our team as a System / Business Analyst, you’ll provide a professional and structured Systems Business Analysis service across the full suite of allpay’s activity. Your day to day tasks will also include:

• Provide systems and business analysis to document the allpay systems, databases and processes
• Provide systems and business analysis for business case development to feed the corporate portfolio; present both qualitative and quantitative analysis; drivers, benefits, costs, ROI, risks etc.
• Elicit and document requirements using industry standard techniques; interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
• Reverse engineering systems to understand the detailed working of existing system functions and operation documenting the output
• Develop requirements specifications according to department standards and be able to present back for understanding and approval
• Lead on the development of Non-Functional requirements documentation in line with operational needs and future growth
• Work closely with wider allpay teams to identify acceptance criteria
