We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Control Team Leader to join our team. This role is offered as a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The Role:

The Credit Control Team Leader will supervise the Credit Control team, ensuring that all company policies and procedures pertaining to these functions are followed and updated as required. You will help them to resolve escalated Customer collection issues and ensure prompt payment of the company’s debtor ledger.

You’ll maintain and implement cash targets, taking a lead role in reviewing debt and ageing debt with the Credit Control Team; as well as assist in driving the performance of the Credit Control Team and identify and maintain KPI information.

The Credit Control Team Leader will ensure ongoing communication to Customer Services, regarding outstanding queries impacting collection targets. You will also identify changes in policies, procedures and processes in line with changing business needs and best practice and ensure the credit limits recommended by the Credit Control Teams are reviewed.

The ideal Credit Control Team Leader will have:

• Previous Experience of managing a Credit Control Team is essential
• The ability to challenge and influence and decision making skills are key attributes
• Waste industry knowledge would be beneficial
• You will have the ability to ensure that you have the right resource in place to deliver the right results
• Relevant Accounting / Credit Control qualification
