NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Team Manager who can join the Fostering Team, as part of a council in the East London area.
They are looking for motivated Assistant Team Managers looking to step up or for Team Managers looking to make a difference. You will therefore have the chance to progress with them and to support the service achieve an outstanding level.
The Fostering Manager will oversee a small team of experienced Social Workers. You will have a non-caseholding role. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment, assessment and support of Foster Carers and Kinship carers.
