We are seeking a driven and organised, experienced B2B event producer, who will need to be a self-starter with curiosity, authority and the ability to build deep industry relationships quickly.

The producer/researcher will interview and research with senior figures in financial services and e-gaming sectors, to create in-depth agendas for a variety of content led events held globally. They will recruit speakers for breakfasts, dinners, workshops, summits and briefings and project manage the events from end to end.

The role involves international travel, attendance at the events and hinges on the ability to build relationships with key senior stakeholders globally across the industries the brands operate within.

The role will predominantly be working across the gaming portfolios which currently operates around 20 events of varying sizes across the year. It will also include working across the other brands as required.

Prior experience in researching and producing B2B event content is required!

The role:
*To research, develop and produce a portfolio of commercially viable events (summits, briefings, breakfasts and dinners) based on in-depth market research
*To be innovative with research and content creation to ensure freshness and commercial appeal for all annual events
*To generate new product ideas based on market interactions to enable the team and the company to bring new products to market
*To own each product from end to end, assisting and driving the marketing, operations, delegate acquisition, sponsorship and editorial teams to ensure targets are hit and the portfolio achieves double digit growth
*To acquire top-level speakers as defined during the research phase and within the timelines set out by the Global Events Director
*To aid the events marketing team to produce promotionally led-programme and sales copy that is in the language of the market
*To work effectively side by side the other conference functions to ensure successful deliver of high value, high quality events


The Requirements:

*Ideally a minimum of one year in a conference production role with an understanding of the key drivers to developing successful b2b events
*Those with strong analysis and research background will also be considered
*Previous work exposure to e-gaming/financial services markets would be highly desirable
*Preferably educated to at degree standard (or equivalent)
*Strong communication, research and written skills
*Creativity around event formats and commercial opportunities
*The ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
*Confident approach to dealing with top-level executives
*Relationship builder and net-worker
