Head of Business responsibilities:

You will lead and support your Management team in ensuring that Company and Manufacturer standards, objectives and requirements are met and where possible, exceeded. A ‘true’ people person, you will constantly inspire excellence and consistently motivate by providing the tools to allow your Managers to enhance the performance levels of their teams. With a strategic approach to business, you will recruit key team members, control cash flow P&L, stock and assets and monitor financial performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You must have the ability to also create solid Manufacturer relationships and help increase sales and service output through promotional activity.
