Company Commercial Solicitor (Permanent)

My client, a well-established firm situated in the Leicester area are currently recruiting for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join their team.

The firm are very reputable within this market and have a few offices situated around the East Midlands area.

Working as a Company Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for running a caseload from inception to competition with minimal supervision. The caseload will involve a variety of matters including, Corporate Governance, Partnership advice, Company transactions, Business mergers and much more!

To be suitable for this role, you will possess a minimum of 3 years PQE within a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor position and have a real drive to progress in their career.

Salary for this role is up to £45,000 depending on experience and there is some fantastic benefits on offer such as, 25 days plus bank holidays, employee discounts and Life assurance.
