Senior Python Developer (Permanent)

This company prestige is growing as they are securing new clients due to their innovative HR management system, which is their main SaaS product.

They are on a mission to rid companies of dreaded annual appraisals and make performance and development discussions at work human and meaningful.

This existing scale up is offering fully remote followed by 1 day in the office per week on top of that there is unlimited holiday, competitive salary (Up to 75K), Private Health Care, and many more benefits.

They use Python, Django, Flask, Angular, AWS, Docker, GrapQL to name a few, the dev team is interested in staying up to date with current technologies and experimenting with new ones.

You will be contributing to some exciting new feature development and challenging infrastructure changes. They are looking for someone who would be interested in leading a small team and wants to progress within the company.

What they are looking for :

Ideally 5+ years' experience working with Python. Some experience working and integrating with any modern JavaScript framework, although this is a Full Stack role that will involve some Front-End work, you are mostly going to be working on the server side. Any experience working with Cloud technologies is a great bonus. Its also important to be comfortable working with Django or Flask.
