Assistant Project Manager - Construction (Permanent)
A new job opportunity for an Assistant / Project Manager with a well respected construction consultancy in the West Midlands. This is a fast growing, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy with a well established client base in sectors such as healthcare, education / HE as well as other areas such as commercial and residential, overall they have a very wide range of current schemes on their books.
As a result of this expansion, they are now looking to add to their team and we have been asked to look for candidates at Assistant to Project Manager level. Whilst you must have previous construction project management experience as well as a good degree in a related construction discipline, the primary focus is on the right personal approach for this role. We're looking for genuine enthusiasm for a career in Construction Project Management, passion and ambition and a desire to simply deliver great results to clients. This role would suit an individual with good construction project management experience looking to continue to gain experience and able to work with the team to deliver projects from inception to completion. Someone ready to take on more responsibility and step up to Project Manager level. A professional qualification such as Mapm or Mrics would be an added advantage but not a requirement if you are currently working towards this.
