Daniel Owen are currently working with a national fit out contractor, who are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a 40 week (2 phase) project in Swindon. This is working Night shifts on a refurb and fit out of a research & development lab for a well known global brand.
You must have experience working with R&D/Science lab projects and be available for the Thursday - Sunday night shift, 6pm - 3am.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete programme of works
- H&S
- Management of sub contractors
- Inductions
- Client liaison
- Issuing permits
- Updates to the Contracts/Account Manager.
