Do you enjoy supporting customers? Passionate about Customer Care and delivering amazing Customer Service? Our client is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their growing team in Plymouth!


You will be providing exceptional service to new & existing customers by answering the phone, transferring calls, and processing customer orders to a very high level of accuracy. No two calls are the same, and your responsibilities will range from managing customer queries to taking a payment, or simply explaining our products in more detail to customers.

The role can be challenging, high levels of accuracy are required for processing orders and extensive product knowledge in needed, but training will be provided!

Working in an office environment with a strict COVID-secure office environment and within social distancing policies, you will use your excellent service skills to ensure that every customer is treated in a refreshingly straightforward way.

You will need:

* Experience in delivering amazing customer service
* Confidence talking to people over the phone to build rapport with customers
* Strong active-listening skills
* To be a quick learner with computer literacy to use our Bespoke internal Program and a CRM system to log all incoming calls
* To enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

* A flexible approach to training via Zoom and Teams
