Our client, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead a team of two engineers.

What does a Chilled Water and Electrical Systems Supervisor do?

• Supervising a team of two engineers working on chilled water systems and electrical systems.
• Providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Coordinating tasks related to chilled water and electrical systems maintenance and projects.
• Monitoring work progress and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements for the Chilled Water and Electrical Systems Supervisor role:

• Proven experience in supervising teams working on chilled water systems and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of building services with a focus on chilled water and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant qualifications in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Possession of a driver's license for travelling within the Birmingham area.
