Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Sr. Manager Labelling Process Management to support the development, training, and global implementation of the innovative labelling process
- Provide roll-out support for different regions, managing workload with outsource partners and assisting in defining roll-out waves globally
- Drive procedure update support by defining impacted procedures, facilitating updates, and managing reviews to client compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

- Proficiency in key project management tools such as Smartsheet to effectively coordinate project tasks and successful execution
- Demonstrated ability to perform project coordinator tasks within a team, including schedule management, communication coordination, and documentation maintenance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related functional roles, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, showcasing your expertise and skills
- Experience in a labelling/artwork-focused role within pharma
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
