Workshop Supervisor - Matlock (Permanent)
Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to work with our client based in Matlock. The position is a temporary with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate, working 4 - 5 days per week with a start time of 06:30
As a Workshop Supervisor the work shall involve:
- Managing the workshop
- Repairing company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with legislation
- Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards
- Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for annual MOT inspection
- Diagnosis of vehicles using computer based diagnostic equipment
- Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication work
- Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard
- Utilise all Personal Protective Equipment as necessary
- To communicate effectively with all members of staff.

- A background in mechanics, working in the industry for at least 3 years
*The pay rates are as follows:
- Workshop Supervisor - £15.50 (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Overtime - £23.25
- Bank Holidays £31.00
