Our client are a recognised source of diverse glass and mirror products. They pride themselves on delivering a comprehensive range of all types of flat glass and mirror for: Technical, Structural, Antique and Contemporary applications.

Their specialist glass and mirror products include the latest magnetic, decorative, switchable and TV glass solutions, whilst they also provide our antique products for period properties under the care of English Heritage, as well as private homeowners.

The role:

Working in their 15-strong technical office, they are looking for a tactical, rather than strategic, Estimator/PM. This role will focus on arranging deliveries of their glass products to site, ensuring H&S/RAMS compliance, and organising subcontractors. The Estimator side really comes into play when managing their clients' expectations - this company are often specified by client/architects/designers, and their repeat business numbers are exceptionally strong, so it will be down to you to learn the technical elements of the glass, learn the customer base (what they can afford and the quality they require), and then apply the technical knowledge alongside your commercial acumen to deliver a suite of potential to solutions to the client that both meet their expectations while delivering maximum value internally.

You:

In return for your skill-set and dedication, the team will provide you with:

  • £45-50k salary
  • Biannual bonuses paid twice yearly - usually somewhere between £600-1200 every six months
