NonStop's client is a Local Authority based near Wandsworth, who are seeking experienced Qualified Social Workers within their Child In Need and Referral & Assessment services.
The team is continuously developing through actively reducing caseloads, extra training and working through the Signs of Safety Innovation Project. The authority have developed the Practice Model and prepared for the implementation of the Family Safeguarding Approach. Family Safeguarding is a way of keeping families together where it is safe to do so. It was developed and promoted by Hertfordshire and is funded by the Department of Education.
