Salary: £18 - £20 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the role:

As a Joiner at Painted Bespoke Joinery, you'll be instrumental in fabricating and finishing bespoke joinery items, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards. Your role will involve detailed work from initial sketches to the final product, requiring a high level of skill and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Craft bespoke joinery pieces, from intricate furniture to tailored cabinetry, ensuring all items are of the highest quality
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to create precise joinery items
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure projects are completed to specification
• Apply your deep understanding of woodwork and materials to produce exceptional finished products
• Go on installations with the team to commercial and domestic projects

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Joiner, with a portfolio demonstrating your skill and craftsmanship
• Extensive knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery, with the ability to work on complex, bespoke projects
• Exceptional skill in both machine and hand tool operations
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively within a team
