CIN/CP/LAC Team Manager Needed - Scottish Isles - £50ph + Free Accommodation

Due to an internal restructure, our client, based in Scotland is looking to take on an Experienced Team Manager in their Children's Frontline Child Protection Team to start ASAP.

Currently this authority are implementing a new service design based around improving team efficiency by creating smaller teams with only Social Workers, Senior Practitioners and Team Managers in order to have, reduced caseloads with more supervision time for each social worker, smooth communication through a reduced hierarchy as well as a more supportive environment.

This is currently an interim post for an initial 6 months but could go on much longer. Interviews will be happening this week with a view for people to start, so don't hesitate to get ahead of this!

Our Client needs experienced and committed Team Managers who have specialised in CIN, CP, LAC and Court Work. This role has an incredible hybrid pattern which will mean you only need to be on island regularly but can also work from home partially and will be benefiting form a premium pay rate up to £50ph as well as free accommodation.

Please note this role is island based, requires you to stay away from home and you must have experience working in frontline teams preferrably in Scotland. But will consider candidates from England and Wales too.
