Project / Account Manager (Permanent)
Daniel Owen Agency are currently looking for a Project / Account Manager, based in St. Albans.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Construction or Project Management, along with having experience in a managerial role, or experience as an Assistant Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
Key duties for this job will include:
- Design co-ordination and ensuring build ability of design
- Participate within DTM/'s
- Distribution of information
- Assist project manager in site mobilisation, resource mobilisation
- Updating the construction programme
- Weekly reporting (Weekly Look ahead)
- Maintaining project meeting minutes and distribution
- Reporting project progress to the Project Manager
- Assist with close-out requirements including client design team sign-offs, as-built drawings, BIM, certificates, PC checklist requirements, and O&M manual
- Assisting with planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of all subcontractors and labourers on site
- Resolving issues or problems involving material delivery, design, contract administration, and labour
- Overseeing the progress of the project and ensuring quality control and project close-out
- Coordinating activities and communicating with clients, stakeholders, and project team
- Organising, producing and storing project reports and documents
