Our client is a rapidly growing Ground Investigation contractor that was established in 2020. Already with a team of 16 talented individuals, they are led by a highly renowned Ground Investigation expert in the UK. As the company continues to expand, this role offers you a position with ample opportunities for growth. The offices are located in the picturesque area of central London, offering a state of the art environment. Job Description:

• As a GI Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to run and supervise ground investigations. This includes rig and site supervision, logging, phase 2 ect.
• You can expect a varied role that encompasses some on-site work, report writing, and coordination with the design team.
• Approximately 75% of their projects are based in London, with exciting international ventures on the horizon.
• The projects span across structural investigations, basements, pile strategies, billionaire London land conversions, a £50 million pound film studio, and the Silvertown Mixed Use Development.
• The role will mainly be office based with occasional site work.

Requirements:

• 4 years of site investigation experience.
• Experience with gINT software is a bonus.
• Knowledge of geophysics is a bonus.
• Relevant degree in engineering.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range open to negotiation.
• Performance-based bonus of 5%.
• Wellbeing allowance of £500 for gym memberships, weekend getaways, etc.
