The roles involves:
* Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
* Ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation and regulatory bodies
* Adhere to the companies procedures and policies
* Administer and maintain customer agreements
* Liaising with external customers to resolve complex queries
* Negotiating with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
