My client urgently requires a Project Manager with experience in both Commercial and High End Residential Fit Out and New Build projects, based in South West London.
The ideal Project Manager will be responsible for project management on multiple sites, nationwide, therefore a company car will also be provided, in addition the role will also involve:
- Negotiating Packages
- Strong with Numbers
- Trade background
- 50/50 Office/Site Based
- High End Residential
- Installations/Kitchens or Similar Projects
It is also essential for right Project Manager to have the following experience and hold the the following valid qualifications:
- Site/Project Management Qualifications, Similar or Working towards
- Previous construction project management
- CSCS black card
- Live Sites/Client Facing
