Supervising Social Worker - Not for Profit IFA

NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Kent area, on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be joining a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency, so they are a charity with a very good reputation and a Good Ofsted. They re-invest their profits back into the service to make sure they are constantly improving. This means you will be part of a very supportive working environment.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker oversee a caseload of 10 - 12 foster carers located mainly around Medway and surrounding areas. The role is mostly supervision of the foster families.

Your role will at times involve updating a Form F if there is change of circumstances within one of the families, but in general, the Supervising Social Worker is not expected to complete a Form F for a new family.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to do some of the work from home and some from the office.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
